I designed and developed the website for La Gelatiera, an award-winning London artisan gelateria crafting fresh, handmade gelato daily using traditional Italian techniques and natural ingredients.
Overview
La Gelatiera is a beloved, internationally recognized brand with a real sense of craft and personality, and its website needed to capture that warmth and quality while working hard across multiple shop locations. The goal was a rich, visually indulgent site that showcases the product and story beautifully, celebrates the brand’s awards and heritage, and helps customers find and visit their nearest gelateria.
My solution
Created a warm, indulgent design that puts the product and craft front and centre, using lush photography, playful typography, and a soft, characterful palette to convey the quality, heritage, and personality that set La Gelatiera apart.
Built dedicated location pages for each shop, making it easy for customers to find their nearest gelateria, see what's on offer, and plan a visit, while supporting local visibility for each individual site.
Developed the site with a flexible structure covering flavours, wholesale, events, and the brand story, all built for easy internal content management and optimized to look and perform beautifully across every device.
